Johan composes the display for your house — facade, entrance, the rooms you host in — and you approve it before anything is ordered.

Installed by our own team, in one visit.
Late September. Every piece arrives finished from the studio, and the house is left clean the same day.

We come back, take every piece down and return it to the studio. Nothing is stored at your home.
The commission
A commission can cover the whole property or a single area. Most cover both: the outside the street sees all month, and the rooms you use for dinners.

Roofline and front door, walkway and steps, planters and palms — with lighting for the whole display.

Mantels, tables, staircases.
Fireplaces and console tables, the dining table and its centerpieces, railings, florals, candles and linens.

Terraces and dinner tables, lit for guests.
Covered terraces, pool decks and the table itself — set for the night you host.
How it works
Three steps, three dates.
One visit to design, one to install, one to take it down. You receive a single document before anything is ordered, and nothing is stored at your home.
02 · Late September
Installation
Our own team installs everything in one visit. Pieces arrive finished from the studio and the house is left clean the same day.
03 · First week of November
Takedown
We return, remove every piece and take it back to the studio. Nothing is stored at your home — and the calendar for Christmas is already open.

Every commission is priced to its scope. After Johan sees the house you receive a single document: the design, the piece list, the install and takedown dates, and the price. Nothing is bought until you approve it.

What does a Halloween commission cost?
It is priced to its scope: how much of the house, how many pieces, indoors or out. You get the design and the price in one document before anything is ordered.
Do you install it yourselves?
Yes. The same team that builds the display installs it, and the same team returns in November to remove it.
Can we book Halloween and Christmas together?
Most families do. One conversation covers both, and the studio manages the calendar: Halloween in late September, Christmas from October.
Where does the studio work?
Fort Lauderdale, Miami and across South Florida.
